At Lamplace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Lamplace account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
